No Call List Compliant Guarantee

We will hold you harmless if you are successfully fined for violating the Federal No-Call List provided it results from the following:

•  The number you called was the phone number reported on the lead.

•  The person who files the complaint is the contact person, or appropriately related to the contact person, on the lead.

•  If the person has asked you to stop calling you honor the request.

•  You call between the hours of 8:00am and 9:00pm.

•  You properly identify yourself to the lead when calling.

•  You act in a courteous and professional manner when calling the lead.

•  You allow us to handle the complaint and do nothing to obstruct us from defending the complaint.

•  Your account is in good standing (positive balance) with Mostchoice.com, Inc. and you have complied, and acted in good faith, with all of the other contractual obligations detailed in the Mostchoice.com contract.

Provided that you, the contract holder, your agents and assigns, comply with the rules above; Mostchoice.com, Inc. will hold the contract holder, agents and assigns, harmless from all fines and pay and handle all defense in connection with the complaint.
