He died Friday night at East Texas Medical Center, according to James Cowart, Smith County Precinct 5 Justice of the Peace. Waller County Crimestoppers On Sunday, November 16, 2008 at approximately 1:00 p.m. a bicyclist found a body wrapped in a blanket along FM 1458 west of the city of Pattison in Waller County. The body was transported to the Harris County Medical Examiners office for an autopsy.
