David Carson
Former Chairman & CEO of People's Bank, Bridgeport, Connecticut (New England's Largest Savings Bank). Currently serves on the Board of Trustees for American-Skandia Trust (largest provider of annuities in the world), Old State House, United Illuminating Company, The Bushnell, Hartford, Hartford Stage Company, Connecticut Public Broadcasting Board of Trustees, and MassMutual Institutional Funds.

Don Ratajczak
Chairman and CEO, BrainWorks Ventures and widely quoted economic forecaster.� MostChoice was personally picked by Dr. Ratajczak to be BrainWorks� first investment. Dr. Ratajczak co-founded BrainWorks Ventures while serving as director of the Economic Forecasting Center at Georgia State University. He retired from this position in June 2000 after 27 years, and remains as the Regent's Professor of Economics Emeritus at the university. Under his leadership, the Center achieved eminence in economic forecasting. In 1994, Dr. Ratajczak won the Blue Chip award for forecasting accuracy during the previous four years at the Center. His forecasts have been a primary source of information for the U.S. Federal Reserve, major Wall Street financial firms, and Fortune 500 companies. He has been asked to provide testimony before the U.S. Congress on many economic issues and has been an advisor to the Council of Economic Advisors and the Congressional Budget Office. Dr. Ratajczak received his bachelor's degree from Haverford College and his Ph.D. from MIT.

Craig Dubitsky
Vice President of Venture Development at leading mall developer/operator Simon Properties. Founder, former CEO and Director of MasterKey (formerly Bigmove.com), the ultimate moving and relocation solution (www.MasterKey.com). Prior to starting MasterKey, Craig was Vice President and London Metals Exchange Specialist at the Salomon Smith Barney division of Citigroup, the largest financial services firm in the world. At Salomon Smith Barney, Craig worked directly with various Fortune 500 companies in the area of strategic risk management utilizing complex derivative structures, helping manage and mitigate a multi-billion dollar portfolio of risk. Craig received his BA in Economics from the University of Rochester.

Dr. Jagdish Sheth
Marketing guru, Professor at Goizueta Business School, Dr. Sheth has worked for numerous industries and companies around the world. He is on several high tech boards in Atlanta and elsewhere, and has performed several studies of the insurance industry. Dr. Sheth is nationally and internationally known for his scholarly contribution in Marketing, Customer Satisfaction, Global Competition, and Strategic Thinking. A chaired marketing Professor at Emory's Goizueta Business School, Dr. Sheth has also worked for numerous industries and companies around the world, including At&T, Bellsouth, Comstream, Cox Communications, Ford, Motorola, Nortel, Sprint, 3M, Whirlpool and many more. He is currently finishing the manuscript for another book ("The Rule of Three") and is on several high tech boards in Atlanta and elsewhere.

Bill Weiss
Chairman and CEO of the Promar Group, Bill Weiss has established an international reputation as a visionary business strategist, thought leader, technology trend analyst and investor. Bill is a managing partner in Quantum Capital Management, a venture capital firm specializing in early stage technology companies. He serves on the board of directors of Technauts, a developer of Internet software appliances, and New Directions for News, a think tank organization that promotes innovation in new media. Bill is a member of the advisory boards of several industry innovators including ideaEDGE Ventures, a business accelerator for Internet companies, and OnCall Medicine, a pioneer in onsite health care. He also served on the advisory board of AnyDay.com, an online information management solution which was acquired by Palm, Inc.

Mark van Weegen
Mark van Weegen is a Vice President with the management consulting firm A.T. Kearney. He has over nine years of experience in management consulting, conducting and leading assignments in the areas of business transformation, organization design, cost reduction, and eCommerce strategy in the United States and Europe. Engagements have covered a variety of industries including manufacturing, financial institutions, transportation and services, with an emphasis on Fortune 100 companies.

Dennis Flynn
Chairman and CEO of The Sonar Group LLC, a management consulting firm specializing in business and brand modeling as well as communications for emerging companies. Dennis Flynn is an experienced executive, strategic planner, branding and marketing consultant, communications professional and educator with over 25 years of experience in corporate, agency, academic and entrepreneurial environments. Prior to the formation of The Sonar Group, Dennis was a principal and partner in Sanchez, Lonchar & Flynn Communications LLC, an advertising and communications firm that offered expertise in brand-building, strategic planning, marketing consulting and communications planning and development.

Dr. Christopher F. Noe
Currently a Senior Associate at the consulting firm of Charles River Associates. Prior to joining CRA, Dr. Noe was a Professor at Harvard Business School. He has published on topics such as disclosures and insider transactions, stock return volatility, and analyst specialization. Dr. Noe received his Ph.D. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Rochester and a B.A. in economics summa cum laude from Emory University.
