BrainWorks Ventures Completes Two Venture Capital Investments

BrainWorks Ventures (OTC BB: BRAV) announced today that it has completed two venture capital investments in Atlanta-based technology companies. BrainWorks Ventures is the Atlanta-based venture capital firm headed by prominent economist Dr. Donald Ratajczak.

BrainWorks Ventures has made an investment in MostChoice.com Inc., an online insurance and financial services company building a national network of local independent advisors (www.MostChoice.com). Consumers and businesses use MostChoice to research their options online, and secure the best coverage with the expert help of a local MostChoice advisor at no additional cost.

BrainWorks Ventures has also made an investment in Agentware, Inc. (www.Agentware.net), which develops leading-edge content syndication software. Content syndication is the process of aggregating, integrating, packaging and delivering content and processes directly to the end user.
