Wealthy Americans and middle-class Americans alike max out credit cards to keep up with the rising cost of living and extend mortgages in order to pay the bills. One recent trend calls those who refinance their homes more than once a year to take advantage of booming real estate markets and lowering mortgage rates "refi junkies." These repeat refinancers leverage their homes to afford extra luxuries like cars or vacations or even to add a little extra income. With mortgage rates expected to rise this year, will the refi junkies have to seek refi rehab?
