Kathryn Cook   Kathryn Fleming Cook, 86, of 2838 Pacolet Hwy., went home to be with the Lord on Wednes- day, Sept. 17, 2008, at Peachtree Centre. Born in Spartan- burg, she was the widow of Harshall Smith Cook and daughter of the late William Francis Fleming and Carrie Motts Fleming. She was retired from Oxford Industries and was a member of Goucher Baptist Church.
