Biotechnology Drug Costs in U.S. Rise 8.7 Percent, AARP Says  Sept. 25 -- Prices of specialty drugs used to treat complex conditions in the elderly, such as cancer and multiple sclerosis, rose three times the rate of inflation last year in the U.S., according to a survey.

AARP holds health care seminar   Several groups in the medical field met in Syracuse Tuesday for a health care seminar sponsored by AARP. The seminar featured a forum discussion with doctors and nurses on how to ensure affordable health care for all Americans.
